Most of our inner illusionary layers - which have been perfected over lifetimes and enhanced within supporting timelines - served as survival mechanisms. These have purposefully programmed our cellular memory and have been adapted further through ancestral lines. For one to genuinely appreciate the immensity of this, is to truly understand it all. One of the most transformative ways we can heal together is through trials and triggers. Fortunately, there has not been a shortage of them in 44 years of this physical existence. This lifepath has not been an easy one, but it's been worthwhile and purposeful. For through every hill and valley, every trial and trigger, every heartache and pain, Spirit has led me to where I Am today. At this now moment I find myself standing on a precipice of peace and empowerment, surrounded by both seen and unseen support.
For this, I am forever grateful.

The unconscious mind knows not of separation. Yet our physical senses teach us we are separate, divisible, and far apart from those we love when they appear to leave us. Nothing could be further from the Truth that our soul knows now. We have always been, and forever will be One.
Regardless of our race, species, background, age, or creed, we have more in common than we have yet to realize consciously.
